CONFIDENTIALITY:
All information is kept private and confidential except where disclosure is applicable by law.

iChat:
Fees are to be prepaid if mediating via iChat (see pricing structure below)

In Person:
Fees are due in full at the conclusion of the mediation session if mediating in person. I accept checks, cash, and credit cards.

Cancellation Charge:
We charge a cancellation fee of one half the minimum mediation fee that I would charge had the mediation gone ahead as scheduled. This fee will be charged for family mediation sessions cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled event. The cancellation fee will be charged to the party requesting the cancellation, unless otherwise agreed to by the parties.
