Dear Pro Se Litigant,

If you are going to seek a divorce or paternity action WITHOUT attorneys involved, there are some things that you must first know.

1. I can provide you with the proper divorce or paternity paperwork.

2. You can fill out the packets and file the papers yourself using the courts e-filing portal, file them in-person, or bring them to mediation.

3. When ready, schedule your mediation based on the mediator’s availability.

4. Our mediators are here to conduct your mediation and draft the following necessary legal documents:

(1) Mediation Agreement; (2) Parenting Plan; and (3) Child Support Guidelines Worksheet.

Fortunately I have created two comprehensive guides on how to perform all of these steps. Click the guide below of your interest to download:

I cannot RAVE enough about Matthew Brickman!
I cannot RAVE enough about Matthew Brickman. I am 100% sure, if we had been with any other person, it would have taken more than one session to come to an agreement. Matthew is extremely patient, very kind, extremely knowledgeable and helpful in helping facilitate two people going through a really difficult time in making some major life decisions. I could not imagine going through this process without his expertise. I thought it didn't really matter WHO we mediated with. I was proven wrong after this experience. I have zero regrets. Have nothing but amazing things to say about him!
